SMP.DOG

How to join

It takes about a minute. Here's how.

Java Edition

On PC (Java)

  1. Open Minecraft: Java Edition on version 26.2.
  2. Click Multiplayer, then Add Server.
  3. Type smp.dog as the Server Address and click Done.
  4. Join! You start in the rules room. Read the rules and click confirm.
Bedrock

Phone, console or Bedrock

Not right now, sorry. SMP.DOG is Java only for now.

If that changes, we'll say so in the Discord.

Voice chat

The server has Simple Voice Chat. It's optional: install the mod if you want to talk to pups near you.

Your first few minutes

Type these in chat once you're in.

/help

Every topic with buttons, so you don't have to remember commands.

/rtp

Teleport somewhere wild to find a spot to live.

/kit

Grab a golden shovel, then click two corners to claim your land.

/island

Go to your own Dog House. It's made the first time you use it.

/morph

Turn into a dog. Type it again to stand back up.

/jobs

Pick a job and get paid for things you already do.

/errands

Help your neighbors for money, bones and keys.

/daily

A free gift every day you play.

/petmanager

Collect your free Pet Egg.

Good to know: you can build as a dog, but paws can't hold tools or use crafting tables. Type /morph to stand back up as a human for those.
